Job Description :

- Growing the business transformation / change management practice for the firm focusing on corporate banking and global markets.

- Identifying opportunities and closing new business

- Provide expertise in Risk and Analytics with a focus on regulatory change and credit risk mandates in global markets and corporate banking

- Interaction with senior client stakeholders, advise on Risk and Regulatory compliance programs

- Responsible for overall quality of deliverables, managing and leading client projects - stakeholders management, recruiting and training talent

- Part of the organization's though leadership

The Successful Applicant :

- Should have 10+ years of experience managing large change projects / programmes with experience in risk management in the corporate banking and global markets

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability of organisation planning, resource mobilisation and problem solving

- Excellent exposure to business management / change projects / programme delivery in a global and local structure in corporate banking and global markets

- Excellent understanding of the corporate banking industry with strong people management, team building and influencing skills as well as stakeholder management skills
