Job Description :
- Lead teams of recruiting managers and recruiters in support of IT Hiring and geographical locations in India
- Be a talent advisor by building partnerships with your business teams and creating detailed hiring strategies that will deliver consistent, high-quality results on time
- Use data to understand and drive strategic recruiting solutions and measure the health of recruiting teams
- Develop the team; build a team of talent advisors and look around corners to ensure the team has the competencies and capabilities to adapt to our ever-changing, growing-world-class business
- Understand that high quality and scrappiness are not mutually exclusive. Know how to balance and achieve both
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 14 - 20 years of work experience with atleast 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition in a Global IT (Preferably Product Company) leading IT Hiring. Should be currently working in the level of a VP / Director in an MNC IT Product / Services Company leading IT Hiring.
- 8+ years of people management experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel when appropriate
- Prior experience in managing high volume as well as niche hiring in a Global IT / BPO MNC.
- Demonstrated success building, leading and retaining large, multi-site recruiting teams within high growth organizations
- 12+ years of experience leading recruitment, strong understanding of the complexities involved in recruiting talent
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while modeling Leadership Principles
- Proven success within large and complex organizations, building collaborative partnerships with customers and partners
- Highly influential talent advisor who can recommend and successfully implement talent acquisition strategies
- Skilled at leveraging data and metrics to analyze productivity and optimize results of the recruitment function
- Well versed in all facets relating to recruitment including but not limited to: employment branding, diversity and inclusion, immigration and mobility, recruiting systems and technology, compensation and benefits, and employment law.
