Job Description :

1. IFRS Implementation :

- In-depth knowledge of IND AS/ IFRS guidelines.

- Knowledge of implementation of EAD, PD and LGD models and its calibration.

- Oversee implementation of IFRS at Overall Risk level.

- Knowledge of statistical models for application of advanced methodologies for capital computation. Suggest methods for modeling risk.

- Experience in financial modeling, application of statistics and mathematics in financial /non-financial products

- Overall Risk Coordinator to ensure that the risk management policies are updated as required by the IFRS guidelines

- Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry best practices introducing revisions to the framework as required.

2. Basel, ICAAP Stress Testing :

- Thorough understanding of regulations in relation to Capital Computations for Credit, Market and Operational Risk. Manage on-going capital computation, assessment, monitoring and reporting.

- Responsible for stress testing across various types of Pillar I and Pillar II risks by understanding bank's business, operating model and nature of risk the bank is exposed to.

- Optimize utilization of Capital across various risks and suggest alternatives for better capital management.

- Formulate policies for Capital Management and ICAAP, as are required from time to time.

- Assist Senior management in understanding risk, its measurement and control methodology.

- Knowledge and understanding of Banks's business, domestic and global trends and RBI guidelines. Highlight potential areas of risk which may lead to higher capital consumption.

- Ability to relate market/ economy knowledge and events to business and transactions so as to discern and present risks that impact business.
