Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development: Formulate and implement fundraising strategies aligned with the organization's goals and financial needs.

2. Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with existing investors include, keeping them informed about the organization's progress and impact.

3. Networking: Actively engage with individuals and organizations in the community to expand the investor base.

4. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and investors, ensuring clear and transparent communication.

5. Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports, updates, and performance analyses for investors.

6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide relevant information to investors to address any concerns.

7. Meetings and Presentations: Organize and participate in meetings and presentations to potential and existing investors.

8. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

1. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and financial reporting.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.

3. Networking: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including Family Offices, UHNI's Offshore funds etc.

4. Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze financial data, market trends, and investment opportunities.

5. Ethical Conduct: Maintain high ethical standards in dealing with investors and donor funds.

6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and navigate challenges in the fundraising and investment landscape.

7. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including finance, marketing, and executive leadership.
