Description - Exciting Opportunity to work in a senior leadership role with one of the largest Digital consulting firms in the world. The role has end to end business and client ownership and will play a key role in the organization's success.

Description

As the VP of Digital Transformation Strategy, your key responsibilities would include:-

- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, define problem statements, and propose solutions

- Transform client requirements into well-defined stories and requirements

- Work closely with internal development and quality teams to ensure quality of delivery

- Lead a team of internal as well as client product managers

- Key account management and Business Development for both consulting as well as the larger digital business

- Collaboration with the Global digital business teams as well as other practices

Profile

The Successful Candidate would have among the following key competencies:-

- Top tier Academic pedigree with a Masters/MBA from institutes like the IIMs, ISB, MDI, XLRI, FMS, SPJain etcetera

- 10+ Years overall experience with at least 6 Years of Post Masters/MBA experience within Digital Business Transformation and Consulting

- Prior work experience in a product role in relevant industries, digital agencies or consulting companies

- Deep industry knowledge of Retail, CPG, Financial Services, Auto or Travel & Hospitality

- Strong Analytics skills and experience using Analytics/Visualization tools

- Experience working with multidisciplinary agile teams comprising product managers, marketers, finance, creative, analytics and technology

- Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong client engagement skills and a 'leadership presence'
