This should be with a bank. - Define and deliver a Transformational Programme focused primarily on the areas of responsibility of Digital Banking, Marketing, Customer Experience and PMO - Designing &amp; managing a customer-centric transformation plan. - Overseeing PMO - project management across the portfolio and areas impacting the business, managing transformation, budget, and prioritization. - Executing transformation plan in conjunction with IT and other partners. - Identifying and managing external partnership opportunities to facilitate transformation. - Delivering process improvement in the shape of implementing innovative operational solutions to the business - Developing new concepts focusing on commercial growth, innovation and enhancing e-channels delivery. - Designing and driving strategic initiatives and activities across products, channels and customer segments to ensure good quality customer experience - Supervising the design and implementation of the end-to-end customer journeys under bank-wide transformation projects. - The interactive and digital experience that provides unparalleled prospect and customer engagement. - Driving digital transformation efforts across the organization for all customer touchpoints, including online and mobile applications. - Overseeing the building of a strong brand within the local market by ensuring that the bank has marketing strategies, policies, and plans that promote the bank and its products and services in most effective ways. - Overseeing the development and management of E-Banking products and services in order to implement cost-effective Electronic Banking Channels as a key delivery platform with a distinct market USP - Supervising the implementation of E-Banking Channels. - Driving the development of best-in-class platforms for online banking, mobile banking. - Overseeing the development of business strategy and plans for the Cards business, including target market identification, product strategy, credit risk strategy, marketing &amp; sales initiates and all aspect of product delivery. - Overseeing Bank's Call Centre efforts towards ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to customers, utilizing it as a strategic competitive advantage and a cost-effective channel for significant revenue generation through telesales combined with service delivery
