VP - Digital Technologies Delivery

SAVP/ AVP - AA&R/ ADT Solutions SAVP/AVP - Delivery

- Lead opportunity identification in client business and deliver digital solutions, embedding in-house proprietary Automation & Robotics Bolt-on tools and solutions and partner provided advanced digital technologies

- Lead innovation and packaging of domain centric Advanced Automation & Robotics led Digital solutions, addressing end-to-end automation needs in the process value chain

- Lead business case development & mgmt. recommendations

- Build Methodology driven approach for cost effective delivery of Advanced Automation & Robotics solutions to Business and Clients, upholding ROI / margin uplift projections

- Lead AA&R Development and BAU Delivery teams, establish ongoing Delivery strength for Advanced Automation & Robotics, delivered to Clients through effective service delivery regime

- Manage Central AA&R assets and Digital Solutions, develop roadmap in liaison with Business Stakeholders to further mature those Solutions

- Drive rigorous governance and engagement with Program Steering Council, Business Unit leadership, and Partner

- MIS and Reporting: Prepare periodic updates of key financial and delivery data for Steering Committees and Leadership teams

- Work in Agile environment and run weekly sprints with the AA&R delivery teams

- Interface/Liaison with Business, Frontend and external clients

- Lead Advanced Automation & Robotics solution design for new business opportunities, clearly articulating the transformational business impact by embedding RPA

- New Advanced Digital Technologies offerings

- Drive change management with internal business teams and Client business and IT teams

- Develop ecosystem of partnerships & alliances

- Lead partnership engagement with industry providers of Advanced Automation & Robotics and Advanced Digital Technology providers, drive GTM and Joint capability co-creation initiatives

- Drive uptake and adoption of Advanced Automation & Robotics initiatives in business through capability evangelization and showcase internally, and drive externalization through Industry Analyst and forums

- Build / Maintain effective rigor Industry connect, outreach in forums, white papers and thought leadership

Financial Management

Financial Planning and Reporting for Advanced Automation & Robotics practice

- Lead pricing discussion with finance to build financial engagement models for Advanced Automation & Robotics (Outcome/ Transaction based, Gainshare, etc.)

- Prepare Investment Forecast as per the Advanced Digital technology offerings/ capability enablement roadmaps in Business

- Track and report revenue and margin impact/ revenue generation or protection from automation and robotics capabilities

- Strengthen the rigor and governance for automation and robotics portfolio, tracking budget utilization and driving optimization initiatives

- Service Offerings aligned Pricing models

- Track and report Revenue influence/generation, accruals viz goals

- Cost optimization targets (Capex, Opex, G&A) vs budget

People Management

Build and mature the Advanced Automation & Robotics practice

- Delivery aligned Organization Structure & Leadership development

- Advanced Automation & Robotics delivery organization

- Employee Engagement and Retention

- Talent augmentation and development through training & cross skilling programs and new hiring

- Draw talent development strategies for in-house SME & leadership talent

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications

- Graduate with accreditation/certifications in Business Process Automation, Robotic Process Automation, Business Process Management, Applications Delivery Management

Functional Skills

- Knowledge/Understanding of Business Units such as Insurance, Healthcare and F&A

- Strong domain understanding of Digital Technologies with specific focus on Automation & Robotics solutions and Delivery methodologies

- Understanding and experience of Automation & Robotics implementation using platform like (including, but not limited to) Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, Workfusion

- Ability to partner and engage with Business Leadership in key Verticals and Domains

- Capability to establish Program management office and drive multiple project engagements, Manage concurrent priorities for Presales solutioning engagement, delivery and go-to-market initiatives

- Experience of consultative IT/Digital pitches and create client value propositions for existing Technology products and services

- Self-starter and independent thinking capability on creating business value from IT

- Total Experience: 14-17 years

- Having exposure to Robotics Process Automation with any market leading tool like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UI Path, WF

- Understanding of Vertical/domain Processes and industry accepted Automation capabilities specifically in third party outsourced scenarios (BPM, DMS, ERP, KM, etc.)

- Strong consultative sales skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding entrepreneurial environment

- Able to lead market/competitive landscape research, conceptualize/envision Services Portfolio for platforms/products within a given vertical/domain, and apply the said research insights to enhance the packaging and value proposition of platform services business

- Ability to independently interface with business and clients for their requirements, opportunities and solutions; as well as grow a team to sustain the engagement and delivery

- Experience of managing a large team of experts based out of multiple geographical locations
