- IIM/Tier1 MBA Background with Digital performance marketing and ROI/Lead generation focus.

- Professionals coming from a Fintech/Capital Market/Startup background will be preferred.

- Apart from managing the complete strategy the role will also be accountable for building the execution team below.

Responsibilitis :

- Digital marketing, Performance marketing expert and Executing bottom-funnel as well as top of funnel focussed digital campaigns on Google search, Display, YouTube, Programmatic, Facebook and LinkedIn, etc.

- Lead Generation through Digital marketing- No of leads/Target- Responsible for a total revenue increase through digital marketing.

- Branding- Commercial properties, investment listings and Responsible for growing the commercial portfolio and attracting international investment opportunities

- Creating thought leadership strategy for company in the commercial real estate space and owning content marketing on different social media spaces

- Work with PR and Focus on ROI and cost saving and reduce expense om marketing and focus on budgeting target.
