Vice President - Digital Marketing Operations - IT

Purpose of this Role :

We are looking for an experienced Digital Operations Manager to join our clients Marketing team! As a DO Manager. you will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing our SEO strategy and website related activities. As our online presence is extremely important for the success of business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business' growth and success.

- Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies

- Coordinating content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and other activities

- Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance

Key responsibilities :

- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies

- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams

- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes

- Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy

- Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building) Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects

- Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns

- Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy

- Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization

- Regularly perform thorough keywords research

- Identify key SEO KPIs

- Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs

- Prepare and present reports regularly

- Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences

- Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner

- Collaborate with web developers and marketing team

- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices

Competencies :

- Proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager or similar role

- Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices

- Knowledge of HTML/ CSS, JAVA scripts

- Experience with SEO reporting

- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Web Trends)

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong organizational and leadership skills

- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude

- Undergraduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business or related field

- 3 years of experience as SEO Manager or similar role

- 3+ years of experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy

- Proven success in SEO

- 5 years of experience web analytics, marketing, and business development

- Expertise in A/B and other testing methods

- In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data

- Team player - Good time-management skills.
