- Can work fluently with Excel and PowerPoint
- Has an understanding of content management for e-commerce organization.
- Can interpret and work with Google Analytics
- Can manage a team of 15-20 people
- Is analytical and can understand and interpret numerical information and data patterns and is fast at grasping analytical concepts
- Has exposure to CRO techniques and understands website as well as Email UI/UX
- Can contribute to overall strategy at an org level
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills to quickly establish strong relationships at all levels of the business
- Is good at planning and organization
