Vice President - Digital Marketing - eCommerce

- Develop, own and lead member acquisition strategy and planning for assigned regions

- Understand the drivers for the profitable digital acquisition of new customers and reflect them in what we do

- Focus on brand awareness to increase website traffic

- Create a direct response TV strategy and follow it through to execution

- Initiate and lead a content strategy through blogs and vlogs

- Establish a culture of campaign evaluation, learning, and optimization

- Has had experience in managing teams that work with Google PPC, SEO tools and techniques, Google Analytics, social media, email platforms, CRO techniques,

- Is able to form a cohesive and congruent 360-degree marketing strategy involving digital and offline channels

- Can demonstrate cutting edge knowledge of tools and techniques in current digital marketing

- Can work fluently with Excel and PowerPoint

- Has an understanding of content management for e-commerce organization.

- Can interpret and work with Google Analytics

- Can manage a team of 15-20 people

- Is analytical and can understand and interpret numerical information and data patterns and is fast at grasping analytical concepts

- Has exposure to CRO techniques and understands website as well as Email UI/UX

- Can contribute to overall strategy at an org level

- Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills to quickly establish strong relationships at all levels of the business

- Is good at planning and organization

- Demonstrates ability to create and lead teams
