Key Responsibilities:
- Develop digital marketing strategies to improve awareness, engagement, new customer acquisition (Cross-Sell/Up-Sell/New business acquisition), and support client retention by ensuring effective client relationship management and issue resolution.
- Has experience with online monitoring and measurement platforms including but not limited to Facebook Insights, YouTube Insights, Google Analytics, HootSuite, TweetDeck, and our own products
- Define key performance indicators and implement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success
- Mentor Junior team on best practices for creating, managing, monitoring, and developing content for social networks.
- Apply marketing research and data analytics to learn and understand results and emerging trends
- Maintaining and defining strategy and impact through company channels, including websites and social media as well as other organizations and partners.
- Deliver monthly digital marketing reporting and insights to the leadership teams (Directors/CEOs/SVPs)
- Perform competitive assessments and develop strategic marketing plans, sales presentations, web and interactive initiatives
- Manage the team and help set strategies for growth
- Demonstrate ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced dynamic environment.
- Liaise as a key digital point of contact for various internal teams to provide digital recommendations, support and implementation.
- Manage agency's PR activity, trade show presence, awards programs, and social media activities
