We are hiring for VP Sales_Digital AD Sales with one of fast growing Influencer Marketing company for Gurgaon location: Position: VP Sales_Digital AD Sales Location: Gurgaon Industry: Internet Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead a young and robust team comprising sales, business development and account management and operations; - Own the PnL (topline and bottomline) metrics for the entire business unit - Lead and drive business development strategy and communication, deliver strategic objectives and oversee demand planning internally; - Evaluate the performance of sales and account management groups against established metrics and expectations; - Putting forth a Business Growth vision and a multi year strategy that everyone can rally behind; - Breaking down strategy into well prioritized quarterly roadmaps & demonstrating executional excellence; - Identify any potential risks from the client side from the perspective of business stability and take appropriate actions to mitigate the same; - Set & manage expectations so that contracts, objectives and initiatives are met effectively - Manage proposal quoting, cost analysis, reports, budgets, supply utilization analysis and capital expenditure management as needed. - Manage team meetings including plan update and status, monthly plan and forecast review, weekly team meetings, communications across all teams, plan status updates, priority setting based on plan requirements. - Driving the go-to-market strategy for launches & partnerships; - Structuring and building the team by demonstrating strong collaboration skills with internal teams, using resources to effectively and seamlessly support client's business; - Coaching, involving and inspiring the growth and development of other team members by providing consistent feedback, training, and growth opportunities; - Ability to problem-solve, find solutions, create results, and manage projects across multiple stakeholders - Manage and execute goals and responsibilities associated with company's supply team - Manage team meetings including plan update and status, monthly plan and forecast review, weekly team meetings, communications across all teams, plan status updates, plan issue tracking and resolution, priority setting based on plan requirements. - Develop and implement a sales strategy together with marketing, partnerships and sales team across the company - Consistently achieve or exceed qualified monthly team quotas - Work closely with internal stakeholders to define sales strategies, messaging, and ideas to drive stronger growth each quarter - Have a deep understanding of our features set, product roadmap, and market to accurately address a customer's objectives - Build upon a team of Account Directors, Account Managers and Account Executives for overall Account Management of the client. - Develop & execute against a comprehensive territory plan - Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and ensure client satisfaction - Track, analyze, and report key qualitative feedback & quantitative metrics back to the organization
