Vice President-Design & Architecture

- Serve as the client solutioning lead on multiple concurrent proposals, provide creative direction and mentorship to design team members and own the development of design playbook and standards.

- Work with leadership team, account leads, and other stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of client needs and project objectives

- Strategize and develop alternate solutions for the client to fit assigned programs and budget

- Generate innovative solutions that meet business goals and user needs, while adhering to ANSR & Client brand guidelines and technical constraints

- Provide mentorship to the design team in creating detailed design deliverables, including design concept, floor plans, tender drawings, 3d views and design documentation

- Work closely with the design team and manage the development of design successfully from one phase to the next, without compromise to quality, budget, or schedule
