Role : VP (team handling min- 40 people)

KRA's :

Essential :

- Previous Derivatives and FX Operations experience covering multiple functions

- Familiarity with markets products ideally in more than one asset class

- Previous client facing skills ideally with an operational context

- Proven track record (5+ years) of multi-tasking, able to juggle multiple priorities

- Relationship management skills

- Stakeholder management

- Structured and logical thinker

- Delivery focussed, driven to improve

- Partnership and communication skills

- Presentation skills, able to summarise messages

- Strong assertiveness, listening, influencing and diplomacy skills.

- Ability to run effective meetings

- Self-motivated.

- Competent with MS products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio

Educational qualification : B.Com or MBA Finance
