We are sourcing for a VP/DVP for a Digital Fintech company based in Hyderabad for there Agent Network Department.

Job Responsibilities:

- Core responsibilities include developing and executing strategies for building a fast growing and profitable agent network, managing and motivating teams to achieve business targets with due care and quality and to deliver value for money for the customers.

Channel Management and Administration :

- Effective development and management of Agent Network. Rapid expansion of company's Agent Network by adopting proven operating models. - Building viable branchless banking channels for partner financial institutions; Adopting new technological innovations for strengthening agent channel management

Business Generation :

- Planning, executing and monitoring sales strategies effectively; Working closely with field teams to achieve the business plan, exercise effective control and monitoring of branchless banking channel. Adopting right business tactics to profitably leverage agent channel for loan lead generation and insurance distribution, apart from other cross-sell opportunities

Compliance and systems Adherence:

- Ensuring full compliance with regulations, government policies, Company SOPs and Customer Code of Conduct at all times. Supervising the agents monitoring structure to ensure adherence to systems and policies. Evaluating agent network and procedures from time to time for improvements of more efficient operations, compliance, better controls and user-friendliness. Supporting other business lines in building cashless/cash-lite solutions using agent channel.

Monitoring and Performance Management:

- Conduct regular performance reviews with line managers on the Agent Network operations; Supervising day-to-day business of agent network vertical and ensuring target fulfilment. Orient and Motivate agents & their supervisors for effectively managing customer needs & cross selling different products.

Business Development:

- Liaising with Banks for new agent codes, roll them out in time and represent the company in Bank review meetings; Liaising closely with Banks and other departments for an end-to-end integrated governance of day-to-day agent banking activities. Identifying new business opportunities for leveraging agent network and negotiate viable deals with potential partners; Ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs and business expectations of partner institutions

Market Watch & Analysis:

- Close monitoring of the market for dynamics on customer behaviour, competition, policies, and regulations. Assessing data for agent and BC network to produce dashboards for performance monitoring and evaluation. Running advanced data analysis for generating timely management information

HR Management:

- Ensuring the product knowledge is refreshed periodically by conducting periodic training sessions for staff. - Collect feedback from all front line staff and evaluating the effectiveness of business processes and practices

- Collaborate with HR team in identifying training needs, developing training material and e-learning modules; Ensuring effective manpower planning, timely and quality recruitment's and talent retention

Business Strategy:

- Participating in strategy meetings and contributing insights on improving the performance of agent business line ; Providing inputs and executing ideas for aligning agent vertical with overall strategy of the company; Willing to try new ideas and taking risks in larger interests of company's future

Qualifications and Experience:

- Post Graduate in relevant field from a reputable institution

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Agent Network Development, Payment Systems; and/or Channel Management, preferably in BFSI sector.

- Proven record of successfully managing large teams, widespread distribution networks and significant business volumes with impressive growth record and profitability.

- Good understanding/expertise in latest developments in Fintech and Payments domains.
