Client is $ 1 BN company.   Location: Noida  Digital Practice Head (Delivery Head) - Indonesia region   Reporting to: CEO - Indonesia  Job Description:  1. Account Planning - Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting.  2. Responsible for P&L of the A/c as well as margins. - Responsible for resource recruitment, requirement fulfillment and releases.  3. Managing a team size of 100+ FTE.  4. Risk & Issue Management - Meeting agreed SLAs for new / existing services  5. Ensuring that the teams deliver on Time, within Budget and to the required quality standards.  6. Client Servicing: Interacting with various stake holders to facilitate smooth off-shore/onsite communication to understand and analyze problems and also to identify appropriate solutions.  7. Working on managing the utilization - Planning and Execution: Involved in responding to Work Requests and deciding the governance model for the project(s).  Preference will be given to people those who have a prior experience in Technology implementation or worked as an Architect.
