- Developing and maintaining meaningful and productive client relationships at all levels to ensure that strategic recommendations and creative deliverables surpass client expectations.
- Leading multiple client accounts by designing and implementing account strategies that deliver sustainable growth.
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the delivery department, aligning it with the company's mission to deliver innovative tech and analytics solutions to our US clients.
- Proactively identifying and cultivating business opportunities, responding to customer requirements and helping craft insightful, high-quality solutions to solve complex business challenges.
- Represent Company at industry conferences, promoting our offerings and capabilities to potential clients and partners alongside our Sales team, fostering business growth and market presence.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet client's expectations, especially in the areas of technology and data analytics.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet our high standards for tech and data projects.
- Demonstrate a product-centric mindset, focusing on creating tech and data solutions that meet client needs and drive business value.
- A minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including 7+ years experience gained from a leading management consulting firm.
- A solid background in Science/Engineering, with a Ph.D. in Biology/Bioinformatics is a plus.
- Proven experience in successfully overseeing and growing tech and analytics projects for US-based clients.
- Should have compelling written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
- A people person with strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
- A strong self-starter, who possesses a contagious entrepreneurial spirit.
