Vice President - Delivery (Providers) - Healthcare

Qualification: Engineer (CS/IT/Tech) + MBA from Tier 1 college

Background:

- Ideally someone who has done Delivery in B2B Enterprise Software companies

- Should understand technology well

- Some client management / servicing experience

- Understanding of healthcare industry will be an added advantage

Responsibilities :

(a) client interfacing and engagement to collaborate for system access / technology integrations;

(b) delivery testing of the product along with the internal delivery and technology teams to ensure successful client deliveries and deployments, and go-live;

(c) owning the entire operations / delivery cycle end to end

(d) review the progress of the product with IT team and explain the customisation needed by client to the technology team
