Vice President - Delivery Head - NOC Purpose of this role - SME - Project Delivery for respective domain (RAN, Switch Core, Data Core, Tx, IP) is to have a focused approach for new projects like QoS Implementation, software upgrades, roll out, etc. and give a Single Point Accountability from Circle perspective. Assist and work with - Delivery head- to drive and achieve his and his function's KRAs/KPIs. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience:&nbsp; - 17+ years of experience in managing telecom networks in NOC Operations in one or more domains like Mobility - RAN, CS Core, Packet Core, STP, VoLTE, Transmission, IP, IN/Charging platform. - Should have grown up the ladder with hands on prior experience working with OEMs like Nokia, Ericsson, ECI, Tellabs, Cisco, Juniper, etc.. or with Telecom operator. - Preferable working experience in Configuration/Change management or Project roll out in a large NOC/Circle operations environment - Ability to drive projects across multiple stakeholders to adhere to Circle delivery timelines - Strong Leadership and Team Management skills. Should have the experience of leading very large and diversified team of engineers 24- 7 NOC environment. Collaborative - Should be highly proficient in below skills: 1. Agility and Adaptability Technical / Professional Qualifications- - Masters / Bachelors in Electronics / Electronics Communication from reputed Institute Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas: - Service Delivery: End to end ownership and delivery of circle life cycle of operations - Drive New Network Projects/Initiatives: Drive new technology roll out like QoS implementation, etc. Coordinate with all stakeholders like Circles, Active operations and within NOC for on time delivery - Rollout - Drive rollout targets of Circles by prioritizing, negotiating timelines, etc. Ensure full support to co-ordinate between teams within NOC and Circles. - Software Upgrade: Drive software upgrades across technology and circles by coordinating with Circles, OEMs and NOC - Drive and Project manage with the help of various functions in NOC like Incident Mgmt, Change Mgmt, TAC, Performance Mgmt. - Governance &amp; Reporting: Publish Dashboards and Reports to leadership team and various stakeholders on all projects/initiatives, etc.. - Deliver all above in compliance to all existing processes and standards of ITIL, eTOM, ISO20K, 27K and TL9000 standards .
