Vice President - Data Steward - BFS

Our client is a global financial services firm who are supporting clients in their investment banking strategies.

Job Responsibilities:

- Supporting finance data team as data steward to ensure accuracy of data as per bank guidelines.

- Work closely with Data Office and IT teams for data lineage, data sourcing, and data management as per regulatory compliance.

- Ensuring data is compliant to BCBS 239 guidelines.

- Reviewing and implementing data policy and driving strategic finance data projects.

- Continuously identifying and improving the processes to ensure more accuracy and efficiency.

Essential Qualification and Skills:

- Strong Academics in Finance, Analytics or Math.

- 13+ years of relevant experience in data steward, data management, data quality, data lineage, data sourcing, and governance.

- Strong people skills including team management and stakeholder management at global level.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
