Designation : Vice president - Data Science

Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai

Responsibilities :

- Handle end-to-end data science functionality for the company

- Managing analytical projects and building analytical solutions

- Delivery Head of Data Science & Analytics team for the creation of new and existing cutting-edge data science & analytics capabilities for the business by envisioning and executing strategies that will influence improvement of business's performance by enabling informed decision making.

- Translate business questions into analytical problems and build solutions using visualization techniques, machine learning, statistical modeling and ensure it is robust, scalable solution is developed.

- Work with the leadership team on design and deployment of both short-term and long-term strategic business objectives to drive multiple business workstream - Pre-emptive, collections and recoveries.

- Proactive working and cross-functional collaboration with various functional leads across the business/geographies to provide advanced, cutting-edge data science and analytics modeling.

- Design and create deliver plans for projects from POC to delivery stage in collaboration with business teams - Supplier management, Incident Management, Strategy, MI and Operation.

- Lead and deliver key strategic initiatives identified in collaboration with business stakeholders - Speech to Text, Data Science Labs, Analytics, Debt Manager Transformation, Drive to Digital, Simplifying Customer journeys etc.

- Design and implement data quality governance operating model for continued and focused data quality assurance.
