Vice President - Data Governance - BFS

- Oversees data management activities including the preparation of data sets and the conduct of statistical, financial and econometric modeling for internal or external clients.

- Leads the data management activities for assigned area.

- Accountable for the performance and results of the function. Manages data vendor relationships.

- Establishes procedures for implementation of new data related technology enhancements / implementations.

- Ensures more junior managers compliance with the Banks standards and best practices. Designs business-appropriate system controls and enforces adherence to controls.

- Manages multiple teams and completes performance management activities for more junior managers.

- Responsible for the supervision of managers and coordination of functional resources.

- Establishes functional priorities, policies and procedures.
