We have an urgent opening with one of the top investment Bank.  The Responsibilities :  Risk Solutions have many Oracle based platforms. Oracle specialist role will support many platforms across the portfolio.   This role will be responsible for :  - Oracle stack current state and future state views.  - Develop end-to-end data governance across Oracle platforms in Risk Solutions.  - Technical SME and support to other team members on Oracle/ETL.   - Be go to person for wider teams on Oracle database/PL-SQL/ETL.  - Represent in Risk Solutions centralized architecture and governance team on longer-term design and strategy..  - Represent Risk Solutions in wider Oracle forums in RBS.  - Provide guidance to Risk Solutions production management teams on production issues related to Oracle.  The Requirements :  Essential Experience : (Must have) :   - 13+ years of total work experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data architect/data leadership role.   - Database design and architecture experience.   - Robust data modeling skills (conceptual, logical and physical model design).   - Expertise in business intelligence, data warehousing, data profiling and data visualization required.   - Proven knowledge of data integration techniques such as data cleansing, data quality, ETL etc.   - Expertise on Oracle database both application and infrastructure architecture.  - Experience of defining/designing Oracle based ETL application and infrastructure design.   - Expertise in performance tuning & optimizing complex SQL queries.   - Well-versed with latest industry trends, standards & best practices related to data & BI platforms.   - Must be flexible and able to work effectively in a dynamic & constantly changing environment.   - Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills required.   - Self-driven, highly motivated, ability to work in a global environment.   - Candidate should be fully hands-on and willing to work in an individual contributor role.   People Management :   - Setting of Objectives, Performance Reviews, and Talent Management for direct reports  - General line management activity including absence management and ensuring professional standards are adhered to  - Recruiting/sourcing additional team members as required from time to time to meet the delivery targets.  Supplementary Experience : (Good to have) :   - Experience in Sybase ASE and/or SQL Server.   - Experience in Oracle OBIEE and/or Spotfire and/or Tableau.   - Experience with latest No-SQL platforms like Cassandra, mongoDB.   - Experience with application integration technologies. Specific experience in Java.   - Experience with data strategy, data governance practices, data stewardship principles, data architecture principles, data standards, and metadata management best practices.   - Preference for someone who has worked with financial data or investment banking domain.  - Experience/Knowledge of Financial Services Logical Data Model (FSLDM).  Rakesh
