Our client is the world's leading financial services company looking for a VP CSR. Role: - The role will encompass leading the Corporate Social Responsibility for the entities, defining, developing and executing the CSR strategies which aim to deliver the CSR goals of the firm. - The role requires significant level of engagement with the leadership and excising strong influence on the CSR partners. Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Strategy: Design and develop impactful CSR strategies and initiatives in line with the culture and ethos of the firm. - Communication: To ensure effective communication around all CSR initiatives. - Engagement & Stakeholder Management: Establish partnership programs and develop relationships with key business stakeholders and raise awareness &amp; commitment to CSR in employees, SPOCs, stakeholders, communities, and ecology. - Projects Governance: Prepare and plan the CSR project calendar for the Year. To be eligible for this role you will require: - Full time MBA or equivalent PG degree/certification in Social Science, with around 10+ years experience in CSR. - Extensive experience within financial services organization working in Citizenship/Community Investment/CSR. - Demonstrable experience in Community Investment or Citizenship in a global organization.
