1. Drive top-line growth for Credit Card through effective portfolio interventions.
2. Managing and responsible for the P&L of all cross sell products.
3. Strategize for driving card spends, activation & usage through existing and by launching new portfolio products (Balance transfers, Loans, Cash & EMI on Card.
4. Recommend and deploy new strategies and direct marketing initiatives, based on customer analytics, that drive incremental customer revenue and interaction.
5. Channel Management to drive efficiencies between online and telesales.
6. Lead cross-functional teams for technical and operational readiness for launch of new balance build products.
7. Channel migration of existing portfolio to more cost effective digital channel , Increase Digital Penetration.
