VP - Credit Supply Chain - Financing & High Value Credit

We are seeking an experienced leader for a senior leader to join a leading technology driven financing platform dedicated to addressing the challenges faced by small business in accessing quick, flexible, and adequate funds for growth.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Oversee the company's credit policies, procedures, and processes pertaining to Supply Chain Financing (SCF) and High Value Credits (HVC) business segments, ensuring comprehensive risk evaluation and development of necessary risk frameworks.

- Assume direct responsibility for the credit quality and risk performance of the company within the SCF and HVC domains.

- Develop and review Early Warning System (EWS) reports to proactively identify potential risks.

- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews aligned with industry trends and regulatory guidelines, updating policies as necessary.

- Stay abreast of external economic factors, regulatory policies, and competitive landscape to drive robust business growth strategies.

- Drive system automation initiatives to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

- Utilize data analytics to derive insights into credit risk trends, identify emerging risks, and optimize credit risk management strategies.

- Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.

- 15+ years of experience in credit/risk management within supply chain financing and/or wholesale corporate lending.

- Master's degree (MBA preferred) from a reputable institute or a CA/CFA degree with relevant experience.

- Deep understanding of operational, legal, and credit risks across various industries.

- Experience in unsecured and financial-based credit assessment methodologies.
