Vice President - Credit Risk - Consumer Loans & Business Loans Vertical - Healthcare

This is a strategic role that shall be involved in leading the Credit Risk part of the Consumer Loans (Healthcare) and Business Loans verticals of the company.

1. Formulation and implementation of Risk polices across products like unsecured Consumer Loans (Healthcare) and secured Business Loans in line with competition benchmarking, operational capabilities and business requirements

2. Leading the Credit Operations team for underwriting and processing the loans

3. Review and reporting of Portfolio performance at pan India level and across geographies for Unsecured & Secured Products

4. Conduct Portfolio Analysis on monthly basis to identify early warning signals & stress indicators to develop productive Collection strategies in consultation with field teams to maximize recovery

5. Build Statistical/Judgmental Scorecards to standardized decisioning process across products

6. Conduct Process Gap Analysis to streamline and create error free process flow

7. Exercising due diligence and implementation of robust risk assessment tools across line functions to ensure a quality portfolio

8. Conducting internal audits to ensure proper implementation of risk policies and procedures across verticals

Candidate Background

- Industry: Banking, NBFC, Fintech

- Functional Area: Credit Risk, specializing in unsecured - Consumer Durable, Personal Loans, Credit Cards

- Experience: 8 -12 years

- Education: MBA (Finance) or CA, CFA

- Ability to train, coach and mentor the team

- Strong written and verbal communications skills
