Role: Vice President - Credit and Criteria Ratings Reporting to : Chief Analytical Officer Location: Mumbai (BKC) Experience: 10 - 15 years in Credit Risk rating and business and financial analysis. The Desired skill / experience : - A Credit Risk expert with more than 10 years in rating structured finance and plain vanilla debt instruments. - Should have comprehensive analytical knowledge with strong sectoral expertise across several key sector like Financial, Real Estate, Power, Renewables, Energy, Road, Auto Components, Steel, Hospitality and Pharma infrastructure and manufacturing sectors - Experience in rating mid & large corporates across majority sectors & financial institutions - Sound understanding of security valuation and cash flow assessment for distressed asset resolution. - Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships at CXO levels with a track record of client acquisitions through pre-sales engagement. - Successfully managed large analytical teams. - Drive & Implemented key process improvement projects on regulatory compliance, portfolio management & productivity gains. - On the Analytical side should have Extensive experience in evaluating credit risk across economic cycles - Skilled at stressed asset resolution plan analysis including security assessment - Should have been part of the Credit Rating & Recovery Risk Rating Committee - Should be able to Develop new products in Credit Rating / Recovery Risk Rating & generate revenues - Specialised knowledge of sector specific criteria supported in sharp analytics through comprehensive coverage of credit risk parameters. - Should have developed criteria for rating entities under various models - Should have published thought leadership articles
