Vice President - Credit - Corporate Finance - Financial institution

We have been retained by a start up Financial institution to recruit Vice President Credit Corporate Finance. We are looking for some one who is available to join on a short notice.

Location : Mumbai

Job Role:

- Prepare a detailed written credit summary of commercial applicants requesting credit by analyzing the business, interpreting the finance need, identifying the strengths and prevailing risk factors and rendering a final credit decision.

- Responsible for building a quality portfolio for the Company through risk evaluation

- Conducting analytical reviews with management teams

- Setting up framework for identification, measurement and mitigation of risks relating to Operational/Credit & Market Risk

- Credit Risk: Ensure an effective credit risk management program is in place within the company and oversee changes to the Credit Policy, risk appetite and risk limits

- Provide regular review and analysis of credit portfolio trends to detect deterioration in portfolio quality.

- Working on Expected Credit Loss (ECL) model to address loan loss provisioning during stress scenario
