Vice President / Country Head Sales - India
- We have been entrusted by one of the largest FMCG /Lubricant companies worldwide to select the Head of Sales for its Indian operations.
- The incumbent would be responsible for driving P&L leadership, Sales and Distribution Management; Distribution Strategies, Customer management, Cross functional team management ,GTM strategy & Sales leadership, and Capability development .
- He would drive sales growth and market share delivery for the organization's Indian operation.
Specific responsibilities include:
Strategic Management:
- Formulating sales strategies and strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve organizational business objectives.
- Establishing goals, short term and long term budgets and developing plans for the achievement of these goals.
Sales and Marketing:
- Overseeing marketing and sales operations for achieving increased growth & profitability.
- Improving the depth and width of distribution to increase network and improve the product mix.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Maximizing customer satisfaction level by on time delivery, monitoring customer complaints, providing efficient services.
- Handling customer grievances and resolving issues.
- We are looking for a highly efficient and effective executive having
- Experience in heading a large sales and distribution set up at a National level or a large region.
- Capability of handling most challenging situations & deliver outstanding results in sustainable & profitable manner.
- 20 years of post qualification experience (MBA from top rung B Schools) in reputed companies having large distribution oriented business.
- Must have led large teams and delivered across general trade , modern trade, eCommerce .
- Must have worked across multiple geographies.
