One of our leading a Radio Cab company in India. is looking for Vice President - Corporate Sales Based at Mumbai as per the JD Below.

Position: Vice President Corporate Sales

Experience required : Min 10 + years in Taxi / Car / Travel / E-Commerce (Technical) - B2B Sales

Academic Qualification required - MBA in Sales & Marketing in reputed B School

Position Reports to : CEO

HQ at Mumbai handling entire Maharastra

Objective of the Position :

Work closely with the Sales team on all matters related to corporate tie up's related to organisation.

Job Description:-

- Implement sales strategy

1. Generating new leads through innovative methods

2. Enhance revenue through direct sales

3. Create, maintain and enhance relationships with accounts in identified categories

4. Develop relationships with business clients, in and out of present client categories

5. Devise and deliver presentations to demonstrate the value of organized cab service dominating the consumer market

6. Optimize current billing and client relationships

7. Function strategically and tactically to dominate the logistic space.

8. Develop sales plans and goals by market analysis on timely basis Determine price schedules and discount rates Considering the market condition

9. Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.

10. Monitor and analyse sales and marketing activity against goals.

11. Scan the environment to gain insights into competitor strategies, potential business opportunities and market trends.

12.Mentoring the team with positive attitude and ensure they achieved desired targets set stretch goals aimed at developing the business skills and competencies of the people in the team Direct Admin/Operation staff to keep records of sales correspondence, Reports, and credit collections, and to maintain current information on tariffs, licenses, and restrictions

Maintain good rapport with all the clients to ensure CSAT

Key Deliverables

1. Develop and drive the corporate sales.

2. New Client Acquisition, Revenue Generation, Promotion & Brand Building Activities

3. Relationship Building with Service providers/Clients(Current & Potential)

4. Developing Plans / Collaterals /Promotion schemes acquire clients and meet revenue and collection targets

5. Market Research & Strategic Tie Ups with Corporate /Premium Brands.
