Job duties & Responsibilities :
- This role will be part of Senior Leadership Team, as a Head the individual will be directly responsible to build corporate and insurance business and drive revenue targets as per the plan.
- Responsible for corporate and insurance services vertical, driving sales, service delivery and client relationship and ensuring the expected profitability and the performance level.
- Individual will be responsible to establish IHO as a key healthcare partner for wellness diagnostic programs delivery through Virtual Health strategic partnerships with insurance companies and corporates.
- Head overall provider initiatives- partnering with hospitals, diagnostic centres, physicians & clinics and other strategic alliances network management.
Knowledge Skills & Experience :
- 15+ years of extensive track record and achievement with relevant experience in TPAs / wellness companies in strategic planning & execution.
- Master's degree in management from premier institutes - Preferred.
- Good experience in consultative sales.
- Must have managed budgets and P&Ls. Track record of meeting sales and business development targets.
- Experienced in leading and developing teams.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals.
- Experience in redesigning business processes.
- Effective communicator with relationship building and interpersonal skills
- An independent thinker with the conviction and entrepreneurial spirit to manage the function and business in a hands-on manner and the ability to work in a fluid and rapidly changing environment would be an asset.
