Its a Newly created role with a large Group as a key person for Hospital business in Chairman's office. - Would monitor Business performance &amp; strategies for future. - Review &amp; Analysis of Hospital MIS (including key parameters such as Occupancy rates, ALOS, Bed Turnover Interval, Bed Turnover rate), brief Top Management - Review and analysis of Hospital Annual Budget and capex plans and provide recommendations - Vet all the financial proposals proposed by Hospital team and provide recommendations - Assist the Top Management in Hospitals growth plan &amp; strategy - Assist on any strategic agenda's as defined / required from time to time for ensuring realisation of long term vision for the Hospitals - To present Feasibility study backed by financials for New opportunities in the sector -&nbsp;Experience of working with Trust/ Trustees, general affairs is also very important for the role. Required : - A CS/ BE/MBA Finance with min 16/17 years experience - A Corporate Planning person, - Should have an analytical bent of mind, with exposure to Hospital industry preferred. Age : 40 years and above
