We are having a leadership role open with one of our client in Infrastructure Sector :

Designation : Vice President Corporate Finance

Total Years of Experience : 15 + years in banks/International banks / corporates (preferably handling infrastructure sector)

Location : Delhi/NCR

- CA / MBA (Finance) from Premier Institutes / CFA

- Excellent understanding of corporate finance/economy parameters/banking systems/capital markets/fund raising structures & processes

- Excellent aptitude for team management, relationship building and strong communication and analytical skills

- Strong understanding of financial products & markets

- Self-motivated, proactive in approach and should have the ability to grasp market and business dynamics quickly

- Should have the stature to lead the team and matured to navigate proposals to the senior management and lead the transactions with an end in min Exceptional drafting and presentation skills

Job Description :

- To develop debt finance & structuring capability and manage equity capital.

- Lead equity financing efforts by partnering with I-Banks

- Lead & Maintain relationship with heads of various financial institutions, MFs, I-Banks and key investors to ensure easy access to capital as well as fair valuation

- Lead Treasury Management which includes management, with the ultimate goal of managing the firm's liquidity and mitigating its operational, financial and reputational risk

- Relationship management with stakeholders (banks, institutions, regulators, investors, govt. bodies etc.)

- To formulate and execute the treasury policy to achieve optimum returns on surplus funds and to de risk the Company balance sheet from forex/ interest rates fluctuations

- To design appropriate structure to raise debt and to execute the transactions to support company liquidity position through fund raising

- Managing negotiation and execution of all loan and bond transactions including pre-deal diligence, documentation execution, both pre and post compliances etc.

- Responsible for International borrowings and end to end Forex transactions

- Equity Capital

- Responsible for equity sales on behalf of the company and the promoters

- Planning and assessing equity capital needs of the holding companies and various projects

- Raising equity capital through private markets

- Provide support to businesses on financial planning through modeling support and business valuations

- Raising equity through Private Equity etc.

- Raise and expend finance through creating and developing new transnational capabilities

- Treasury Management

- To optimize the company's liquidity and make appropriate financial investments for the future with excess cash and reduce or enter into hedges against its financial risks.

- Team Development
