Vice President - Corporate Communication - Financial Services Group

The role is for VP Corporate Communication & Branding and will be responsible for the Groups banking entity as well as the entire group & will be based from their office in Kalina, Mumbai. This will report to the MD directly.

KRAs :

- Communications Strategy - for Bank and Group (both corporate and individual businesses). Working with the Chairman's office and business CEOs to create and execute for positive profiling with key stakeholders

- Media - Working closely with the Top management for proactively placing stories and articles, initiating Media interviews, building thought leadership for senior management and effectively handling crisis communications for positive outcomes.

- Content Creation and Writing - Writing thought leadership articles, Chairman's office communications, HR Related Communications, Newsletters, Messaging and communications of Centrum Foundation.

- Investor Communications - Creating the Company's Annual Report, Chairman Speeches, AGMs. presentations etc.

- Social Media - Manage the social media channels, proactively create posts and relevant content for brand building. Responding to negative comments

- Events - Managing online and physical events for various initiatives

- Branding - Acting as a custodian of the brand. creating brochures, marketing collaterals, AVs, Office branding.

- Internal Communications online, print and support on events and activities initiated by HR.

- Effectively managing all agency and vendor relationships for desire

- Preferable from Fintech & Financial Services but open to any sector.
