- Align site goals to the network goals as per site standards in collaboration with Site Head, Site Program Manager and Site Leadership Team - Develop and execute plans for site standards for the Company YoY in line with Global Site Standards framework - Organize Workgroups promoting the Site standards framework &amp; associated initiatives. - Convene and track the outcome of site wide rhythms for Site Leadership Team (SLT) and Site Support Forum (SSF) on a monthly basis with documented records. - Active engagement with site, country, regional and global network team on various aspects of planning, progress, reporting, sharing of best practices and budget. - Coordinate with external partners for corporate social responsibilities(NGOs) initiatives, industry bodies like NASSCOM and vendors for merchandise - Ensure all practices are well documented across the four pillars. Collate and maintain all records/proof for the respective site standard - Responsible for all submission of all documents for site ratings half yearly and annually and ensure the location maintains - Advanced- rating. - Manage and coordinate global initiatives like Diversity Week, Global Community day, Fitness Challenge, Progress awards etc - Partner with all support functions, General services to adhere to defined site standards, promote and to implement best practices from other sites - Strategize, plan and execute two way communication between employees and leadership team via multiple communication channels and forums - Facilitate rewards &amp; recognition communication at the site - Develop, build and manage collaborate page - Create quarterly stakeholders newsletters and monthly site newsletters - Continuous &amp; enhanced reporting through various mediums / channels and covering photography, editing, videography for the initiatives at site Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - MBA or equivalent work experience Knowledge of: - Event planning, public relations, copyright laws, fundamentals of writing, composition, layout, photography and production for publications, internet applications as they relate to public information activities - Demonstrable experience of organizing, supporting, leading &amp; influencing initiatives - Capable of steering a large initiative with multiple group participating in the initiative with relative ease - Maintains Internal Relationships - Develops relationships with key stakeholders to maintain awareness of organizational issues and priorities - Governance Head, Workgroup Leads, Business Unit Heads, etc. - Solicits information from cross-functional resources (i.e. subject matter experts) to accomplish work - Presents deliverables to the appropriate stakeholders for review to assure quality and accuracy
