Vice President - Controller/Quality Assurance/Control Management - LEC/Regulatory Reporting Domain - IT

- Develop and lead a matrix organization of high performing colleagues executing across a disparate set of controller responsibilities

- Lead team executing quality assurance testing strategy which includes development of test scripts, collection of source evidence, coordination of testing resources, testing, documenting results, identifying source for fails, and developing strategy for resolution where quality check fails

- Lead team executing control testing strategy including facilitating walkthroughs, test of design, development of test scripts, collection of evidence, coordination of resources, testing, and status updates

- Manage and assist in tracking and reporting the status of deficiencies and their remediation by process owners

- Develop recommendations to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiency

- Assist in the development of SF&BM Control reporting and metrics package for senior leadership

- Liaise, as needed, with internal and external auditors

- Provide support for various requirements for external reporting, including, but not limited, to U.S. regulators and the SEC.
