We are looking for Vice President - Consulting for one of our clients in the domain of career and Talent Management

Key Responsibilities :

- To ensure adequate business development in the region by coordinating efforts of team members as well as through personal initiatives

- To lead the delivery effort in the regions ensuring that delivery is as per project plan and at accepted quality levels; and also liaise with customers ensuring a healthy relationship specially with key clients and high customer satisfaction levels

- To contribute towards developing of specific solutions and creating expert teams in a specific practice

- To train and develop consultants and leaders across various consulting practices as well as for their personal growth
