Vice President - Compliance Testing - Bank

WE are looking for a Vice President Compliance for a Private bank in Mumbai.

Candidate should be currently working for a Bank, has to have experience in Compliance testing role.

Compliance Monitoring/testing and RBI Inspection

- Review of Compliance policy and ensure implementation across business line

- Review of Policies and suggest changes to incorporate latest RBI guidelines

- Review/Vet of new Product and Processes from Compliance angle and advise business units to ensure there is no violation of RBI guidelines

- Review of compliance risk register and ensure implementations

- Review Digital onbaording journey and advise regulatory requirements

- Implement Digital lending guidelines and ensure there is no violations

- Carrying out compliance risk assessment of business units and advise change in process

Risk Management:

- Operational Risk Formulation of Operational Risk Policy and ORM framework and ensure implementation across the business and operations group in the Bank

- Conducting Risk Control and Self-Assessment for the bank by providing mitigation for significant and high risks, assigning risk rating of the group based on internal R&CSA rating tool in liaison with Business Operational Risk Manager

- Designing Key Risk Indicators (KRI) for significant and high risks identified during the assessment

- Formulation of Credit Risk Policy, CRM framework and ensure implementation across the business and operations group in the Bank
