My client is a global financial services institution based with a top tier global client list and market leading position. They have a captive set up in India and are seeking a senior professional for a VP - C&amp;B role Role and Requirements : - Executing compensation and benefits service delivery by implementing and maintaining innovative pay and benefits programs to support the physical and financial well-being of employees in multiple related countries. - Responsible for supporting the business job architecture within each country and manage levelling issues, monitoring and tracking equity awards, reviewing local and country market pay requirements and executing one large or multiple smaller benefits projects and programs. - Suggesting process improvements and assisting with organizational change and development efforts in partnership with country managers and HR Business Partners. - Receiving standard vendor issues escalated by more junior team members and work toward resolution. Managing vendor billing and timelines for contracted work. - Providing guidance to managers, HR Business Partners and employees on compensation programs and benefits questions. Advising on escalated benefits issues and claims, job architecture, market analysis and incentive pay. - Supporting senior professionals by reviewing and analysing compensation and benefits data. - Coordinating and delivering technical compensation and benefits projects/initiatives specific to the assigned countries or provides recommendations and directional input on larger scale projects that are cross functional and regional in nature. - Assessing vendor proposals, narrowing options and making tactical recommendations based on expected results, desired outcomes and success measures. - Contributing to the ongoing review of benefits vendors and global compensation programs, policies and processes for the assigned countries to ensure overall competitiveness and alignment with business strategy and objectives. - Establishing working relationships with HR Business Partners and Business Managers within the assigned countries - Might lead a project team where leadership skills are required. Functional Competency : - MBA in HR - 9+ years of experience into C&amp;B is a prerequisite. - Should be conversant with India centric C&amp;B policies.
