Italy base company engaged in the business of fabrication of large steel metal equipments to be used in hydro-mechanical, mining, steel and cement manufacturing and petrochemical industry, manufacture of large steel structures (e.g. submarines/ naval (defence) vessels, civil construction structures.
JD:
a. The VP- Commercial will be singularly responsible for India's P&L;
b. One of the first key task will be to prepare India Marketing & Business Plan - within the first 3-4 months
c. Responsibility for Business development and building relationships with:
i. EPC firms & Engineering Consulting / Design firms engaged in the applicable sectors; Manufactures of large and heavy structured steel works & equipments;
ii. End user segment of large hydro power plants, Mining companies, Cement and Steel manufacturers, Petrochemicals, etc;
iii. Handling the marketing and promotion of CIB Italy's technical competencies
d. Establishing lines of revenues:
i. While focus will be to build the on core activity of sales of structured metal works from CIB, Italy; in the short to medium term the objective can also be to position the company in a support role to other EPC & Engineering Consulting / Design firms in the related lines of business;
e. Building on Market Research, which will include:
i. Tracking all new capacities / projects coming up in the relevant segments;
ii. Market intelligence;
iii. Assessing the best line of business fit for CIB;
f. Managing the Operations of the company, and this will include:
i. Technical support during installation; Post sales support;
ii. Supervision of the import of products from Italy to Indian customers along with logistics, warehousing and custom formalities;
iii. Managing and building CIB India's organization in a phased manner;
g. Being responsible for all statutory and business regulatory requirements;
