Job Description:

- Managing existing relationships with HNIs with the support of private bankers in the organization.

- Transaction Services - In depth understanding of client requirements to provide with suitable options and negotiation on transactions.

- Evaluating Commercial, Retail, Rented, Assured Return Properties and understanding best use of the location and the necessary negotiation for the transactions.

- Contributing towards maintaining database of available properties in Delhi NCR. Making Proposal / Presentation for clients.

- Having good relation with Local brokers, IPCs, Developers, etc.

- Sourcing properties, private real estate structures and keeping good contacts with owners and developers for business development.

- Conducting Research & Analysis, Valuations, Feasibility studies, City profiling, Market trends, etc.

- Keeping track of prices and upcoming real estate promising locations.

Candidate Profile:

- Candidate should be full/part time MBA/PGDM, with specialization in Finance/Marketing with relevant work experience.

- Should be a self-starter, confident, focused, goal orientated and a balanced personality with a good blend of patience and hunger.

- Should be relationship oriented with very good inter-personal skills.

- Should have thorough knowledge/interest in real estate markets.

- Should have considerable skills in office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Financial calculations, etc.

- Should have Excellent Analytical, Problem Solving and Communication Skills and be a good team player.

- Legal Knowledge/Interests, Understanding of Real estate agreements, etc.
