Vice President - Collections - NBFC

One of the largest NBFCs wishes to hire a stalwart from the Financial Services space who would head the Collections functions .

The incumbent would be reporting to the CEO and ensure effective collections and recovery by adopting appropriate strategies through his team.

The key responsibilities shall be -

- Monitoring collection & controlling delinquencies.

- He/she should be able to take adequate measures with the help of legal for recovery.

- Drive process improvements and digitization

- Closely partner risk and compliance

- Provide exemplary leadership to the team.

- Talent development

- Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth operations.

- We invite applications from management graduates with adequate experience in collections and recovery in a national role.

- Must have spearheaded the function and developed strategies for improvements and controlling the deliquency.

- Should be a risk taker and have great decision making skills.

- Must have good networking and interpersonal skills.

- Must be adept at managing the function without dissatisfying the customer/stakeholder.

- Professionals with leading banks/NBFCs having experience in managing collections at a national level with ample people management skills may only apply.
