Vice President - Collections - FinTech

- Build a strong collection infrstructure in order to ensure

- Responsible to track & control Pan India delinquencies- bucket-wise & DPD wise and as well as focus on non-starters

- Give pertinent data backed feedback to the credit team to help improve the credit policies and overall company NPA

- Setup and lead multi-hierarchy tele-calling as well as field collection teams

Profile

- More than 12 years of experience in the collections space for unsecured loans

- Proven track record as a leader

- Prior experience in setting up collection team from scratch

- Exemplary presenation as well as communication skills
