Job Description :

- Independently manage collections team and resources to deliver the maximum resolutions

- Focused increasing collection efficiency.

- Manage end to end processing of legal and recovery activities of the customer base.

- Devised low cost recovery strategy resulting in changed business dynamics for the region

- Ensuring all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements

Key Skill :

- Must have independently managed Collections teams and delivered P&L targets

- Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree or commensurate work experience
