Head entire Collection Analytics for the .

- 10+ years experience in Banking Analytics, SME/MSME banking is preferred.

- Prior background in handling collection strategy and analytics functions.

- Understands Lending operations for SME/MSME sectors.

- Building collection platform

- Experience in analytics strategy and relevant

Should have expert experience in below areas:

- Background in collections modelling, including flow rate models, settlement frameworks, recovery modeling

- Operational collections analysis including agency and collection manager performance analytics, capacity planning etc

- Both Telecalling and Field Collections analytics

Education : Master's/BTech from a Tier-1 college
