Vice President - Cluster Head - Wealth Management
- Implement sales strategies to drive growth in business volumes through customer acquisitions
- Achieve self & team's targets B. Identify market opportunities to acquire customers
- Optimally allocate resources, achieve his/her personal & team's sales targets
- Execute brand building and visibility campaigns for the Wealth Management segment in the region
- Continuously improve the advisory capibilities and update self on products and markets
- Develop and maintain a strong service culture and ensure there are no complaints from customers
- Maintain regular meetings with all active customers
- Act as a mediator between the Company and the client
- Effectively communicate sales targets and plans to achieve the same to the team
- Identify the training needs of the team and train them on the same
- Continuously motivate the team
- Hand hold for sales closure
- Ensure internal processes are adhered to with regard to KYC norms and standard documentation processes within said TAT
- The incumbent would be responsible for the managing HNI customers (with surplus investment amounts of Rs. 1 Crore above)

- Post Graduate : MBA
- AMFI Certified
