Vice President - Client Servicing - Market Operations Analytics & Reporting - CIB

Vice President - Client Servicing _CIB _EMEA shift

- Person will be part of the Market Operations Analytics & Reporting to an Executive Director. This team supports the reporting for Markets Operations division within CIB for all asset classes.

- Will be part of a team delivering the Client Analytics product, creating a shared view of service performance across Ops Sales and Clients (internally 4k users, externally 100k users)

- Working with the Global Ops Business BA lead to develop the Client Analytics program for CIB, bringing together multiple LOBs (Global Equities, Digital Client Services, FI & Currencies and Markets);

- Partnering with the Global Ops Business BAs to define the strategy and implementation program, ensuring that key improvements to Client Analytics program are achieved / tracked and also ensure that Product and Senior Management are engaged and aware of the relevant milestones;

Must have skills :

- Experience in reporting and data analytics - and passionate about it

- Experience in business analysis & requirements gathering

- Experience on building out a Product (internal or externally for clients)

- Experience of financial services

- Knowledge of Derivatives and Market products

- Some people management experience

- Proven track record of large projects delivery & partnership with Technology

- Global stakeholder management
