Vice President - Client Servicing required for a reputed advertising agency in Mumbai
Communication approach and strategy development
- Design, develop and deploy a marketing calendar agreed with the client and based on consumer insights which link to overall business strategy
- Design packaging, point of sale and other marketing material including preparing briefs to facilitate the best possible creative outcome and increase brand awareness
- Monitor brand health through qualitative and quantitative research tools and utilise findings in the implementation of thematic and tactical campaigns
- Partner with 360 business units to successfully create and execute effective campaigns
- Identify and devise sales incentive schemes, internal communication packages and creative training programmes for internal stakeholders as well as sales channels
- Manage media integrations and sponsorship campaigns that drive overall brand health
- Use strategic media both traditional and new and work within stipulated budgets to achieve effective results through on-air and online campaigns
- Manage large and small scale events from conception to reconciliation
Revenue enhancement :
- Demonstrated focus towards achieving targets through organic and inorganic growth
- Proven client servicing/account management skills with the ability to negotiate and influence decisions with clients, customers and external vendors and partners
Project/operations and team management
- Be an integral member of the team by setting standards & leading by example
- Supervising the immediate team, allowing individuals to be creative and contribute freely, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of productivity
- Manage timelines and budgets for assigned projects including tracking and reporting
- Interact and prepare reports and presentations to senior management on a regular basis
- Ability to manage complex range of issues and activities concurrently and follow best practise initiatives, thus maintaining external benchmarks and company status
- Eye for detail, high level of verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholder
