Location : Bangalore
Experience & Qualifications :
- Min 12 years of experience leading a Client Servicing team within Advertising/ Creative/ Communication agencies.
- Should have worked with global clients/ brands in a similar role
Must Have Experience :
- Proven ability in achieving or exceeding revenue goals of 15cr - 30cr annually.
- Should have successfully managed key global and domestic accounts.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and problem-solving for key accounts.
Key Deliverables:
1. Strategic Key Account Management
- Develop and execute goal-oriented strategies to effectively manage key accounts nationally and globally, aligning with revenue goals and customer segments.
- Proactively network and cultivate deeper relationships with key accounts, positioning the company as a trusted strategic advertising partner.
- Identify and capitalize on larger opportunities, leading the team in successful pitches for additional business.
2. Team Leadership and Operational Excellence:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performance team, consistently delivering exceptional results.
- Create and maintain comprehensive client databases and documents, overseeing records of pitches, orders, invoices, collections, and margins.
- Generate insightful monthly reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while effectively managing team budgets.
3. Operational Efficiency and Client Servicing:
- Monitor service standards and ensure the team follows efficient processes on all projects, maintaining high-quality client servicing across regions.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of client needs on a global and national scale.
- Monitor client feedback and proactively leverage it to enhance service delivery and exceed client expectations.
4. Continuous Improvement and Industry Awareness:
- Develop and implement innovative servicing, inside sales, and business development strategies to enhance market positioning, client satisfaction, and retention in the advertising industry.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in client services, continuously improving processes and offerings to meet evolving client needs and expectations.
